Sure, April 20th is known for blunts and Bob Marley playlists.

But while Americans are lighting up, someone else might be lighting the Constitution on fire.

Flashback to January 20th, 2025—while cameras were glued to Trump’s second inauguration (complete with bald eagle fireworks and Kid Rock performing next to a golden AR-15), something quieter, creepier happened: an executive order signed behind closed doors.

This wasn’t just your usual “ban TikTok again” signature.

This one declared a national emergency at the southern border and gave the Department of Defense and Homeland Security 90 days to determine whether Trump should invoke the Insurrection Act.

90 days. From Jan 20. That’s April 20.

What’s the Insurrection Act, you ask?

Just a dusty little law from 1807 that lets the President deploy U.S. troops on American soil—against American citizens.

No governor approval. No mayor input. No protestor consent.

It’s basically the fast pass to martial law.

And before you say “he’d never actually do that,”

he already tried.

In June 2020, after George Floyd’s murder sparked nationwide protests, Trump wanted to invoke the same Act. When the generals told him to chill, he sent federal goons anyway—just to clear peaceful protestors so he could hold an upside-down Bible in front of a church.

That was Version 1.0.

Version 2.0?

He’s replaced the generals with loyalists:

And of course, J.D. Vance, who thinks Greenland is a swing state.

They all showed up at the border in March for a photo op—no real reason, just vibes. Which makes sense if the real agenda wasn’t immigration—but manufacturing a crisis big enough to justify military intervention on U.S. soil.

So what happens on April 20th?

The DoD and DHS (now run by Trump’s “yes-men”) could give him the green light to invoke the Insurrection Act.

Trump then claims “Democrat cities are under siege by illegals and leftist radicals.”

He sends in the military.

Protestors are arrested.

Immigrants detained.

Journalists told to shut up—or else.

And it’s all legal.

Still think the courts will save you?

January 6th happened before anyone in a robe lifted a finger.

And most of those folks are now out of jail—some even pardoned.

This isn’t a drill.

It’s not goose-stepping fascists.

It’s executive orders, media silence, and people too tired or scared to care.

Oh—and April 20th? It’s also Hitler’s birthday.

So... that’s neat.

Here’s what to do before then:

Call your reps.

Demand they investigate the Jan 20 executive order.
