EU to Buy More US LNG: Great for Trump, Bad for Your Wallet

So the EU is ready to buy more U.S. LNG (liquefied natural gas), and guess what? Trump and conservatives are celebrating like it’s the greatest thing ever. But here’s the kicker—they have no idea what this means for your wallet.

If you've been following along, you know that LNG exports have been skyrocketing, and guess what? It’s been driving up utility bills to record highs. This is the same thing Joe Biden tried to slow down, but we elected a businessman to run the country—a guy who’s all about business, not about people’s utility bills. And now? We’re about to triple LNG exports, which means your home heating and electricity bills are going to hit levels you’ve never seen before.

Let's break it down:

This isn’t some 50-year trend—this is a 2016 to 2025 situation, and it’s going to skyrocket. The increase in LNG exports from the U.S. has been climbing steadily, and it’s about to accelerate. Right now, we’re exporting over 10 billion cubic feet of natural gas a day, and the more we export, the more prices will rise for domestic consumption.

Take a look at this chart: the production of natural gas isn't rising nearly as fast as exports. Meanwhile, consumption at home is flat. This imbalance is what’s going to drive prices through the roof for everyday consumers. And while LNG companies are about to make billions, you’ll be the one feeling the heat when you pay your utility bills.

But here's the crazy part—Democrats aren’t even talking about this. They’re too afraid to say anything about too much LNG exportation, because they don’t want to be labeled as pro-fossil fuels. And in the meantime, this will be celebrated as a win for the Trump administration, while you’re left to deal with the consequences in your pocketbook.

Congratulations on the win, but good luck paying your next heating bill.
