GOP’s Bold New Plan – Make Kindergartners Work for Lunch

Ah, yes. Another brilliant policy idea from the party that once ran on family values.

Republicans are now openly wondering why five-year-olds aren’t working for their school lunch.

Because, you know, back in their day, they were out picking berries at age 6 and delivering newspapers before dawn. And if a child with leukemia needs a meal at school? Well, maybe they should pull themselves up by their Velcro sneakers and get a job at Burger King.

This is real. A sitting GOP lawmaker just suggested that instead of receiving free school meals, kids should be “working to make themselves have value.”

Yes. Five-year-olds. Five-year-olds need to start producing economic value, apparently.

Meanwhile, billionaires are still getting tax breaks and corporate welfare is totally fine. But feeding hungry kids? That’s where they draw the line.

Can’t make this up. Share this before they start docking toddlers’ wages for nap time.
