White Women Are Finding Out They Were the Biggest DEI Beneficiaries—And Now They're Mad About It

Oh, this is rich. A white woman just got fired from her job and is blaming Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)—but here’s the kicker: white women have been the #1 beneficiaries of DEI and affirmative action for decades.

She wanted to say it so bad. You could see it in her face. “But I’m not Black!” Sis, nobody said DEI was just for Black people.

Let’s Break It Down:

White women have gained more from DEI hiring policies than any other group.

Affirmative action? Helped white women the most.

Workplace diversity programs? Again, mostly white women.

And now? The same white women who voted for Trump—who actively fought against DEI—are getting laid off because of the very system that benefited them the most.

This Is What We Call a "FAFO" Moment (F* Around and Find Out).**

You supported rolling back DEI programs? Congrats, you just fired yourself.

You voted for the guy who promised to get rid of "woke hiring"? Mission accomplished—you’re unemployed.

Dear White Women Who Voted for Trump:

You wanted “merit-based” hiring?

You wanted “equality, not equity”?

Well, welcome to the no-DEI world you voted for.

And now that you’re losing your jobs, you want us to feel bad for you?

Nah.
