Trump Admits to Setting Up Farmers for Another Bankruptcy—But It’s Fine, “They’re Great”
So, now Trump is openly admitting that he’s intentionally bankrupting farmers again. According to him, it worked out “fine” last time, so why not repeat it? Here’s the kicker: He’s basically saying, “Yeah, they’re gonna get wrecked in this trade war, but don’t worry, they’ll be fine.”
Remember the $28 billion bailout during his first term? Trump said it was because farmers were “great” and “patriots,” forced to bear the brunt of trade wars, specifically with China. He claims it was all part of the “great transaction” that ultimately made a “great trade deal” with China. But here’s the truth: Farmers weren’t just rewarded. They were bailed out because China wasn’t buying the agricultural products they were supposed to under the trade deal.
Trump is now admitting that this could happen again—farmers getting bankrupt while he tries to make deals with China. His solution? Just throw them another bailout and pretend it’s all part of the plan. No problem, right?
Oh, and don't forget, it’s Joe Biden’s fault this time for not enforcing his “deal.” Because, of course, it’s always Biden’s fault when things go wrong, even when the exact same problems occur in his own administration.
So, here we are again—farmers facing a second round of economic disaster because of trade wars, and Trump’s sitting back like “don’t worry, I’ve got this.” Well, at least they’ll get another bailout, right?
