BREAKING: Trump Declares Parts of the Constitution ‘Unconstitutional’—Because, Of Course

Remember when Trump’s team tried to convince us that "alternative facts" were real? Like, no sir, that’s just called lying. Well, now they’ve taken it up a notch—they’re saying parts of the U.S. Constitution are unconstitutional.

Yes, you heard that right. Trump’s press secretary just claimed that the 14th Amendment—the one that literally bars insurrectionists from holding office—is unconstitutional. Because apparently, the best way to get around the rules is to just declare they don’t count.

At this rate, expect them to argue that gravity is unconstitutional if it stops Trump’s hair from staying in place.

This isn’t just some goofy soundbite—it’s a full-blown attack on democracy. When someone starts deciding which laws apply to them and which ones don’t, that’s not leadership. That’s dictatorship.

So yeah, when people say Trump is a threat to democracy, an enemy of the Constitution, a wannabe fascist, that’s not hyperbole. That’s just reading the warning label on the man who literally tried to overturn an election and now wants another shot at it.

Now is not the time to wait and see what happens. Now is the time to act, organize, and resist. Because if we don’t, the next thing they’ll declare unconstitutional might just be elections themselves.
